Étape 1

Tạo Personnage - Personnage IA

Premier pas: Déterminez à quoi sert cette IA dans votre système – chatbot de vente, CSKH, éditeur de contenu, assistant interne ou expert digital.

Identifier les rôles
Chatbots de vente, conseil client, éditeur de contenu, assistante interne, expert numérique… par contexte = 1 Personnage.
Définir des personnages
Administrateur WP → Twin Claw → Personnages → Ajouter un nouveau. Nom, tone, style, tâche principale.
Capacités de montage
Sélectionnez l'outil de plug-in de personnage disponible, joindre des sources de connaissances distinctes.

Charger Sources de connaissances

C'est l'étape la plus importante. Plus les connaissances sont claires, L'IA s'améliore dans de vrais métiers comme le conseil, CSKH, contenu ou support opérationnel.
