Create Character — Nhân vật AI
Bước đầu tiên: Determine what this AI is used for in your system — sales chatbot, Customer care, content editor, internal assistant or digital expert.

Identify roles
Chatbot bán hàng, customer consulting, content editor, internal assistant, digital expert… per context = 1 Character.

Đặt persona
WP Admin → Twin Claw → Characters → Add new. Name, tone, style, nhiệm vụ chính.

Mounting capabilities
Select the available Character plugin tool, attach separate Knowledge Sources.

Load Knowledge Sources
This is the most important step. The clearer the knowledge, AI is getting better at real jobs like consulting, Customer care, content or operational support.

All → Relevant → Explicit. AI prioritizes the most suitable memory for each conversation.
For example: AI nhớ "Customers prefer morning delivery", "This lead is in the quote stage", "brand uses a minimalist tone", "The marketing team needs a weekly posting schedule"…
