Create Character — Nhân vật AI
Bước đầu tiên: Determine what this AI is used for in your system — sales chatbot, CSKH, content editor, internal assistant or digital expert.

Identify roles
Sales chatbots, customer consulting, content editor, internal assistant, digital expert… per context = 1 Character.

Set personas
WP Admin → Twin Claw → Characters → Add new. Đặt tên, tone, style, main task.

Mounting capabilities
Select the available Character plugin tool, attach separate Knowledge Sources.

Load Knowledge Sources
This is the most important step. The clearer the knowledge, AI is getting better at real jobs like consulting, CSKH, content or operational support.
