Responsible for the content of the article, product, Business information I posted on the system.

Ensure stable service provision, Technical support in the best ability.
Commitment to customer information security in accordance with the law, Do not share customer information with third parties without consent.
Have the right to suspend, lock or delete account if detecting violations of service clause, System abuse, or fraudulent behavior.
Have the right to change, Service upgrade and notice to customers (qua email, SMS, Zalo, Telegram or website).

Each customer will be given a free amount of biztoken when registering and participating in activities like web creation, Invite new users, generating orders ...
Biztoken can be used to unlock, Renewing or using advanced features on the system.
BizGPT reserves the right to adjust the gift policy and use of biztoken to ensure fairness, transparent, Community development.

All customer information, Transaction history, Chat history, order, Account data are kept confidential on the BizGPT system.
Customers have the right to request editing, Update or delete personal information (Except for cases of data for audit or legal requirements).
BizGPT uses data to improve the service, Customer support, Not used for external advertising purposes.

BizGPT is not responsible if the customer reveals the login information itself, password, or fraud outside the system.
BizGPT is not responsible for the contents of copyright infringement, Law or dispute between shops, Customers posted on the system.
In case of force majeure (thiên tai, pandemic, Technical incidents out of control…), BizGPT has the right to suspend the service and will notify customers as soon as possible.
